Captain Ernesto Garza owner of Thin Blue Line Fishing charters will be our first speaker on Thursday January 8. His brother, Leo Garza, may also join the presentation, as Leo caught a 14 pound walleye in the Chicago lakefront last October (on Ernesto’s boat) nearly breaking the Chicago record while fishing with Ernesto.
Fishing Chicago’s Lake Michigan seminar will be the topic of our monthly fishing seminar located just outside of Chicago – in Berwyn. Thursday, January 8th at the Riverside Fishing Club. His presentation (seminar) will help you catch more fish in southern Lake Michigan.
Thursday, January 8th come catch a great fishing seminar. Guests are welcome for a $5 donation at the door you get an amazing fishing seminar. As a guest you are also welcome to participate in cash raffles for great fishing rods, reels, lures, fishing art and other outdoors equipment or our 50/50 raffle. Get there early and there is usually Italian beef, meatballs, hotdogs or bratwursts to purchase. We also feature a cash bar.
Meet with our Riverside Fishing Club and talk to our board members at the door about joining our club. We feature seminars every month. Meet friends to fish with and also get in our fishing outings as a club. This is a great way to learn more fishing, more spots and resorts you should try fishing.
The Riverside Fishing Club meets at the Berwyn Moose Lodge located at 3625 Harlem Ave, Berwyn. The doors open at 6pm (please arrive by 6:45pm so I can setup your pc with the RFC projector). The meeting will start at 6:45 with club updates from our President Tony Novak. Your presentation will start approximately 7:10, with a 15 break at around 7:45 (for members to buy a drink, or use the bathroom, or buy raffle tickets at the table raffle, etc
